Northernshore Therapy
Taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting, but it is a powerful act of self-care and courage. Together, we can embark on a journey of personal growth and transformation.
Northernshore Therapy works regularly with neurodivergent client as well as manage my own lived experience as being neurodivergent. I work with youth and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of my clients are neurodivergent—including those with ADHD and autism—and I support them in building emotional regulation, self-esteem, and resilience. Whether through talk therapy, art therapy, EMDR, or a blend of approaches, I offer a safe, affirming space where you can explore, process, and reconnect with yourself.
If this resonates, reach out for a free consultation and begin your path towards greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
While we cannot change what has happened in the past, we can change the way those experiences live within us and begin building a relationship with ourselves that feels grounded, compassionate, and more aligned with who we are.
