Northernshore Therapy
Therapy for people who feel deeply, think differently, or are ready for something to change.
Traditional therapy doesn't always work for everyone.
I work with neurodivergent children, teens and adults—including people with ADHD and autism—who may be navigating emotional regulation, overwhelm, executive functioning, self-esteem, relationships, masking, identity and feeling “different.”
Therapy with me isn't about trying to make you fit into a neurotypical mould. It's about understanding how your brain works, developing tools that actually fit your life, and building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
If this resonates, reach out for a free consultation and begin your path towards greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
Therapy for minds that don't always fit neatly into a box.
A space to understand yourself, heal what hurts, and reconnect with who you are.

Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying), Registered Art Therapist & RTC
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Registered Art Therapist, and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. I work with children, teens, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, identity, relationships, life transitions, and the many challenges that can come with simply trying to make sense of ourselves.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and creative. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are—not a place where you have to perform, have everything figured out, or fit yourself into a particular box.
I draw from both traditional psychotherapy and creative approaches, including art therapy and EMDR. Together, we can find ways of working that feel supportive, meaningful, and genuinely suited to you.
Additionally, I specialize in working with creatives that are navigating feelings of being blocked or disconnected.
